Delivery Please allow 14 days for delivery, but speed presents can be arranged by contacting us on Telelphone: 01332 290605 Returns Distance Selling Regulations If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return goods for a full refund during the period starting on the day of order and ending 7 working days after the goods have been delivered. Please note we can only make refunds on goods that are returned in a saleable condition. Faulty Goods If the goods prove to be faulty, less than satisfactory quality, or not be fit for its usual or specifically requested purpose or not be as described then you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price plus all outward return carriage costs. Returning Goods If you decide to return goods under the terms of your cooling off rights please note although you are note required to return the goods or pay for the cost of the return you are required the make the goods freely available to allow collection.
